Hark, the seraph sweetly sings

A very strange paraphrase of Charles Wesley's carol, "Hark, how all the welkin rings" ("Hark, the herald angels sing"), made some time in the eighteenth century. The paraphrase seems to have been made for no other good reason than to get the text into Long Metre rather than 7's. "Old Hundredth" is listed as the tune to be used for it.
