The West Somerset Railway, from Norton Fitzwarren on the GW main line near Taunton, to Watchet, Somerset, was the last railway engineered by Isambard Kingdom Brunel. The Minehead Extension Railway from Watchet to Minehead was added in 1874. The line is now the longest preserved railway in the United Kingdom. Photographs by John Speller.
