At thy birth, Incarnate Lord
The Third Earl Nelson, great-nephew of Admiral Lord Nelson, was a prominent English politician as well as one of the editors of the Sarum Hymnal. Orlando Gibbons wrote the tune "Song Thirteen," for the thirteenth of George Wither's Hymnes and Songs of the Church, "Oh! my Love, how comely now." S. S. Wesley set this tune to the same text in the European Psalmist, but I have used a more original setting of the tune in this arrangement.
