O thou, who dwellest in eternity
The Rev. Stephen Childs Clarke was Vicar of St. Thomas-by-Launceston, Cornwall at the time he wrote this hymn for the reopening of the church following restoration. I have been unable to trace the original tune, which was by John Baptiste Calkin, and so have substituted one from the same period by Ealing solicitor and amateur musician, Arthur Cottman.
